Esther leads the Starcom Madrid office taking care of the quality in service and strategy for their Clients, combined with data and technology implementation. With a global profile, she has been developing a strong expertise on both global and local Clients in the main categories and products across Starcom network.
As a big lover of strategy and communication, she takes part of the Global PAT (Product Acceleration Team) in charge of pushing The Human Experience philosophy in the group and looking for excellence in Starcom product in Spain.
With more than 25 years working in some of the most important groups and networks of communication, she integrates a global vision of client’s demands finding integrated solutions in the current but exciting new world for consumers.
As General Manager, she is also responsible of handling new business development for the agency.
