Jen works as creative director, Head of Experience Design at R/GA London, with more than a decade of experience in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Jen has led many agile teams creating rapid user experience design projects across a broad range of clients in the banking, retail, telecommunications and automotive industry.

At the moment, Jen specializes in mobile & touch experiences. She is most passionate about connecting people with the right service or product to ensure it creates value.

Jen has worked with brands from the mass market, such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest, BT and Unilever, and has helped lead the launch of brands like EE in the United Kingdom. Jen also has vast experience in the automotive sector with brands like Toyota, Subaru, Volkwagen and Mitsubishi.

Jen’s work has won various prizes at Cannes and Digital Impact Awards, DADIs, BIMA, The Lovies… She has volunteered for expert programs such as Apps for Good, helping students create technology for apps. She has also been a mentor for Dots in Google, and was a judge at the Drum Design Awards as well as the D&AD New Bloods. Her leadership roles in the past 12 months includes being a panelist at the Global Media Summit.
